Živogošće is a small harbour village at the Makarska Riviera, 20 km south-east of Makarska.
The village had been first metioned already in 1434.
There is even an epigram scratched into stone from the Roman time, which praises the gift donating earth and is dedicated to the spring originating here. The Franciscan monastery with attached church was built in the 18th century.

Živogošće is situated beneath Biokovo and has several beautiful pebbel beaches.
It has preserved its charm and mostly has been untroubled by mass tourism.
Nevertheless, Živogošće offers a lot of leisure activities, such as jet ski, paragliding, diving, boat trips, etc.
The nearby village Igrane, which can easily be reached by foot, in addition offers several good restaurants with local cuisine.

The House

The house is situated between olive groves in a quiet and unspoilt area at the northern part of the village.
A path (30m) from the village road is leading to the house. From the house you get directly to the beach (40 m) over our estate.
The position is perfect for kids, as there is no public traffic around the house.

Apartments and studio

The apartments and studio room have been completed in 2003.
There are enough parking places at the estate.
Apartment 1 and 2 and room 1 all have balconies with a wonderful sea view. The balconies are separated in order to offer you a maximum of privacy.
